I felt that the team wanted to do a good job cleaning the carpet and explained the process quite well. Thus the 9. I did have some bad stains on the carpet from the dog and that pushed the price up substantially mainly for the chemicals which I thought were over priced.
Even though the team worked vigorously on one stain, unfortunately the stain is lighter but is still there. They said they will come back if not totally satisfied. I will call Monday.

The guys that showed up and were nice. However the estimation portion over the phone I found to be frustrating. I paid 70 dollars more than I had planned for this easy job.
The tech who showed up did a great job. He explained the process, prices and let us choose hat we wanted done. The Zerorez product is a good one. The only one we will use to clean our carpet. It works, it gets our carpets clean.
