He steam cleaned my tile floor and had to brush all of it with a little tiny brush because I waited too long to have it cleaned. He is very patient and did an excellent job. Our service tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived before the scheduled appointment, walked through our home with us to identify problem areas before starting, was fast, thorough and efficient, and left our carpets clean and not soaking wet like other cleaners had. He wore protective shoes while in our home, and didn't leave any scrapes or dirt on our walls or floors from the hoses and cleaning equipment. If our friends and family ask who we'd recommend to get their carpets cleaned, we'd say "ZEROREZ"!

Our cleaner checked to see if we were satisfied and asked if we'd like him to over any areas. The chemicals removed the stains better than we could renting a carpet cleaner. Our cleaner was prompt and very friendly.
