I like that it is easy to get on the calendar without a long wait. The staff is friendly - and informative. The technician that came to my house was awesome - very friendly, comfortable to have in my home, and able to explain options easily as well.

The tech that came out did very well. He called 20 min out. He came in and introduced himself, brought in a blanket to put down on the floor, had his inside shoes so as not to make a mess through our house, he asked if we had any questions after my husband went through everything with him. He was very polite and efficient! From a service perspective, the thing that makes you all stand out above others is all the little things.

As I was leaving the house I told my husband how impressed I was, I saw next door had Twin City tile and grout at their house and I laughed when I saw the sloppy tech in baggy jeans, a stocking cap with long sloppy hair and a tee shirt. The two experiences just from the tech were as different as could be. I was hoping I'd get an opportunity to express my satisfaction with this experience and I hope this young man gets at least a pat on the back for caring about the companies brand enough to pay attention! I was very impressed!

Your technician, Dominic, did a very good job and was very thorough. He was very pleasant.

What didn't I like? 24 hours later the carpet is still not completely dry.

The technicians are fast and friendly and the carpet smells so fresh whe they are done.

Knowledgeable staff and were able to help us in the same day. Service tech gave advice on types of carpet that are better for maintaining. We also enjoyed how fresh the carpet was after the cleaning.

I've used Zerorez twice & it's been great experiences both times. Both technicians were great. Floors always come out great too.
