Dustin was very friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. My husband and I are excited about our lifetime filter for our furnace. We noticed right away how light the air around us felt. The air used to be thick before we got out air duct and vents cleaned.
The lady (Megan) that took my order was very pleasant and she thoroughly explained everything to me so there wouldn't be any surprises, she also sent me an email to confirm our conversation.
