My carpets looked great!! However, I was surprised at how crunchy they were the next day. I wasn't expecting that as they seemed so soft after they were cleaned. We had to vacuum again and that did help for the most part.
The staff that came out to recheck the couple of stains that came back did a great job. They treated the stains and they came right out. The first tech may have just missed the spots the first time. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service and follow up. You all are great!

We just bought our home that day and it was left a pit. Gabriel came with a smile and made our five rooms look amazing. We had another business schedule that day and they did not come at all. It was nice to have a business like Zerorez be so reliable and cheerful. WHat a pleasure.
