Zerorez went OUT OF THEIR WAy to help me when they didn't even have to. I had to quickly turn over a rental unit. Their hoses wouldn't reach so they rallied together and figured out a solution with a portable unit. Originally, that would of been another 2 weeks, which we didn't have. They came though that very next day. Not only did they do that, they did an AMAZING job! Thank you Zerorez!

this is the second time I used your company and I do appreciate the calls regarding schedules etc. My only complaint would be to not advertise $20.00 per vent as that is only the charge if the client removes and replaces a little deceiving. thanks.
