Alex Hughes was very professional. He took great care while in our home....protecting the corners of our walls and our other floors. He evaluated each room and piece of furniture and clearly explained what we could expect. He put in extra effort on some "mysterious" spots on the carpet. He continually checked in with us on his progress to ensure we were satisfied with how the job was progressing. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez and Alex to friends.

Fast, Effective, Neat, No Hassle
I thought the technician did a good job overall and was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. What I didn't like was the nickel and diming of the service. To work on stains along the doorways, due to the furnace return as I was told, the price was an additional $3 per foot. I agreed to it however was charged $9 for a doorway, $12 for a double doorway and then an additional $19 for about a 3 foot wall in our dining room. That was closer to $6.33 per foot. When I questioned the $19, I was given the explanation that that area wrapped around the corner and would be more work. I agreed to all of it but still didn't "buy" the explanation. The nickel and diming cheapened my experience with Zerorez. You should consider charging one price for the room, not springing add-ons to the consumer so that they are left with a better feeling as to value.

The technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, they walk through each area to be cleaned prior to the cleaning... they set expectations of what it will be like during and after the cleaning. They take pride in what they do - and it shows. Really great experience.

The technician that came to my house was so friendly and courteous. I let him know that my youngest was napping, and he did everything so fast and quietly no one else in the house even knew he'd been by. He was so kind and professional. The product is great too! The UV filtration system has been a huge help with my son's allergies.

ZEROREZ came out to clean the duct work and carpeting. Both were informative and thorough explaining what they were doing and answering all questions with knowledgeable information.
After a little rocky start with the staff taking the order for service, the two techs that came out to my house were friendly, efficient, and helpful. One was in training and the other a seasoned vet. The senior member of the team let me know about other services available without giving a hard sell, which I greatly appreciated.
Yes I would definitely use Zerores again and have already told two co-workers about how pleased we were with the results.
