We tried the carpet cleaning for the first time and were very pleased with the results. Our carpet was so discolored prior to the cleaning, mainly dirt in high-traffic areas, and the finished result was magical! We'll definitely use Zerorez again!

Very knowledgeable technician, flexible and willing to help us save some money by allowing us time to remove our air covers while he setup - also gave us tips on carpet cleaning and recommended ZeroRez as a followup. We probably will based on this positive experience!

The process used is very efficient, first the pretreating is very important but if not completely applied evenly. The final step of cleaning and working those traffic areas effectively to bring success. But if not done right one ends up with a spotty traffic area, some clean areas and some not clean.

I especially liked my service provider. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly about what I needed and I was really impressed that he got down on his hands & knees to see if the stains in my carpet had odors before and after cleaning.
