Easy to schedule; very nice, informative staff; did a fantastic job; prompt/early!! He made the carpet look fabulous. I had the carpets cleaned by a different company and Zerorez got dirty looking spots out when the other company was not able to do so. Fabulous!

The team was prompt, professional, good communicators and identified a problem that had to be resolved before they were able to clean the vents in a safe manner. They gave me 2 referrals of companies that could fix the issue. I hired one the next day, and they too, had good things to say about partnering with ZeroRez. Another team member was able to be scheduled to come into my home to clean the following day. What could have been a BIG problem was solved promptly - and my vents have never been cleaner!

This was my first time to use ZEROREZ. They were accommodating on the telephone - I had to change the date twice because of a title problem in the property I was purchasing. They called ahead, arrived as scheduled. They studied my rooms and did a good job in cleaning. The carpets look very nice and the house smells good. I will call them again.

Your tech was polite, knowledgeable, cleaned up all his gear after the cleaning. I never expected my carpets to look so good. Very pleased with the clear, precise explanation of how and what Dom was going to do. Very happy with the results. My chair he cleaned, I was sure wouldn't clean very well and it looks great. He then recommended the air duct cleaning and we were happy with them as well. Thank you we will be calling again when we need work done. Very pleased with Don's professional service.
