The resident in #608 was not happy. She said that he was in there for less than 10 minutes and only went over the spots one time. They are still there. 802 did not get clean but the carpet was very dirty from the resident who lived there for one + year. There were cigarette burns that I did not see in that carpet before so I am going to have to replace it anyway.

What's not to like?
I brought my area rug in with bad pet stains and they were able to get it all out!! I was going to just throw out the rug and have to pay hundreds for a new one but zerorez saved my rug!

No surprises. All was completely explained both on the phone as well by Dustin Marvel when he arrived right on time. The carpet turned out well and we sent our area rug in to be cleaned as well.
