Best carpet cleaning I have ever experienced and the carpet was a challenge! Cost me more than the advertised deal (larger square footage, steps, landing, and extra services) but worth every penny.

I started using your company a couple years ago and love what it stands for. The workers are polite, clean and very helpful. The product is natural for the most part and we had the air ducts cleaned for the first time and they did an amazing job.

Cleaned my carpets realy well, need to have the person cleaning be a little more outgoing. I had to ask for information to find out when they would be dry etc.

So far just had air ducts cleaned and my "new" house already felt cleaner, after purchasing the house kind of felt dingy and I knew right away I needed a couple services. This is the first time I am using this company, as our long time neighbor has used them before, we thought we would check them out. They are coming out for another service shortly, can't wait to see end results.

If Alex hadn't done such a good, the employees so friendly, and everything was done as advertised, I would have been upset. The reason being that two days after we had the carpet cleaned for the minimum of 149.00, WCCO advertised for Zerorez the minimum was 119.00. It would be interesting to know if you offer specials at a certain time of the year. Anyway, I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone wanting their carpets cleaned

The technician talked to me about everything he was going to do and why it was needed and was very knowledge and extremely polite and kind. The best cleaning my carpets have had yet!!! I like the idea of no toxic chemicals being used!

Regarding the carpet cleaning, I'm not sure the deodorizer we paid for was applied in the master bedroom. It smells like our vacuum in there, which is less than ideal. Otherwise, we are quite pleased.
