The technician did a good job on my carpets although we wanted the tile in the shower done and were told that the stains wouldn't come out on the grout so it wouldn't be worth it. That was disappointing as Zerorez advertises that they perform this service.

The guys that cleaned the ducts were friendly and knowledgeable. The worked quickly and cleaned up the mess. We had not been told that we needed to remove vent covers or we would be charged extra, so we had to scramble to get that done while they were setting up. In one instance, I was not able to get the vent cover off so they did it for me and did not charge extra. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their ducts cleaned.
