Peter did an amazing job! He was able to get here even earlier than the scheduled time, which worked well with our schedule. He was given a tour and explained all details about what he will be doing. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the whole process.
Peter then went to work, and let me say, he did such an outstanding job! Our carpets look brand new (no idea how old our main level carpet is) and the tile on the bathroom floor is so much brighter due to being CLEAN! We felt we got a terrific bargain with Zerorez!

These guys knew what they were doing. They walked through my rooms and we identified stains and talked about carpet, fibers, breakdown. They explained their process how it works and what they were going to do. I thought that I may be replacing this carpet, but after they were done cleaning my carpet looked like it was new. Very happy with the service and how my carpets turned out.
