Zerorez gets my old carpeting looking better than anyone else I've had in years past. That's why I got them the last 3-4 times. They are neat, wear shoe covers and wipe up splatters to any
non-carpet areas. They pre-treat spots so they come out well and my stairs look their best. Last time I had two big octagonal rust stains from a floor lamp and they totally removed them! Amazing!

There is absolutely NOTHING about ZR that is negative, less than average or so-so. ZR is excellent in customer service, training and skill of all technicians, social propriety is spot on with good manners, perfect comportment and civility. The product and service is without compare. The people on the phone with whom we interact are always pleasant, kind, understanding and knowledgable. There is nothing in the ZERO column about ZR....it is all in the 100% spot! What a good business model and service.
