Dustin and Jeff were at my house to clean my air ducts. After talking with me about my allergies Dustin suggested an air purifier might be just what I need. They took a look at my ducts and showed me the pictures. Bring that the house was only a yr old there really wasn't anything to clean out of the ducts. I ended up purchasing the air purifier and a lifetime guaranteed furnace filter. I appreciated their honesty with showing me the pictures and that spending the money on cleaning right now was probably not going to help with my allergies as much as the air purifier. I noticed a difference in the first 24hrs as my eyes weren't as red and swollen when I woke in the morning. Thank you Dustin for all the great information you gave me!! Very nice respectful men!!
Great guys who come out and then do a great job. Like the water based, no residue process...wish you were closer! Friendly personnel on the phone too. Excellent all around. Will try to get some neighbors to clean at the same time as us so you can have a day in Red Wing...and maybe make it a bit less expensive!!!

The technician that came out was very thorough and really took his time. The upholstery that he cleaned turned out very nice and looks almost brand new. Had I known it was going to turn out so well I would have had and extra piece done.
A few years ago we also had our upholstery cleaned, but with not such good results. I am glad this time the technician really took his time.

Cleaning services we have used in the past all used truck mounted cleaning equipment that required running huge hoses throughout our facility. Sometimes those hoses would leak and create problems on flooring not related to the areas being cleaned. Quite frustrating. Also if we cleaned the carpets in the humid summer months the excessive moisture would cause the carpet to pucker and bulge. Often these areas would flatten when dry but concerning none the less. Some of our staff would have to avoid the facility on carpet cleaning days to avoid the fumes.
Derrick introduced us to the Zerorez low moisture system. Obnoxious fumes were eliminated, the carpet did not buckle in any of the areas cleaned, and we didn't have rubber hoses running through our hallways. I know we posed a special challenge with the severe stains on our 3000 SF meeting hall with wool carpet! The stains came up, carpet is beautiful!

Zerorez, in my opinion, is the only carpet & upholstery cleaner everyone should call. Carpets and upholstery can never truly become clean if not rinsed. I wouldn't consider calling any company that did not remove the residue. Zerorez technicians are all top-notch!! The Best-in-the-Business!! Thank You!!
