Alex, showed up at about 4:15-4:20, we went over the procedure and what he was going to do and what I wanted to see done. He went to work and about 45-50 minutes later he was done, he called me down to see his work, it was PERFECT! He did a fabulous job. Alex was engaging as a consultant for your company and product and he tried to upsell the vents and clearner. He was polite and professional at all times and was very thorough. I would ask for him again and again. GREAT JOB ALEX!

Arrival precisely on time. Complete pre-treatment of high traffic areas before staring the cleaning. The cleaning was done within the estimated time and the job was thorough. Fans were set up to partially dry the carpet. Kevin did a superb job. We will request him again.

You arrive exactly when you say you will and finish at the scheduled time. The carpets are super clean. In fact I think this year they were cleaner than the last time I used Zerorez. Amazing how your derby from just keeps getting better and better. The technician was personable and knowledgeable. I could not ask for anything more. I will always choose Zerorez for my carpets.

Eye quick turnaround and got out a large stain

I liked that I was able to schedule on the weekend so I didn't have to take off work and that I didn't have to schedule far out at all. The staff were professional, and didn't pressure me to buy anything additional. The best part was that it got rid of stains from my dog that I've been trying to remove for months with no luck.

Though not the cheapest service provider, I appreciate the quality of work that was done. I recently purchased a home that had previously been occupied by a pet owner. My children and I all have pet allergies, so eliminating the order and pet dander was very important to us; not just masking the problem. Also like the use the corner guards by the technician so that the surfaces areas were not going to get marked up.

Very professional. Every time we've had our carpets and sectional cleaned, the results have been fantastic. I would suggest for bigger jobs, i.e. 4 bedrooms, hallway, stairs, family room and large sectional couch, that you send more than one technician. Only one was sent for this last cleaning and it took a very long time, almost 4 hours. Other than that, we were pleased with the results, as always.

The carpet seems very clean and the worker was very good at her job.
