The ZEROREZ person that did our job was phenomenal. He thoroughly explained in detail what he was going to do, how long it was going to take, what would work, and what would clean but maybe not be quite so noticeable, and why.
After he finished, he made a pressure adjustment in the truck and spent a little extra time on a particularly bad section of a hallway, and I'm sure it made a positive difference.

He was great, and I feel terrible that I can't remember his name.

The technicians have been amazing to work with - very customer oriented and aren't finished with the job until the customer is fully satisfied. For the first time, our grout was cleaned in our RV - Wow - looks like new. Super job on our house carpet. Many thanks to a job very well done!

The technician, I think his name was Justin, was early. He called ahead to ask permission to come earlier than scheduled. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything that he was about to do, worked quickly and made time to answer questions when I had them. I would use them again. Not the cheapest service but definitely worth the money.
