The technician was thorough and very professional. He explained everything and continually interacted when we had questions and when he completed areas of the house.

Zerorez does a GREAT job on carpets. This time I had spots left by my sweet older cat when he missed the litter box during his last week. My technician, Ellen, went way out of her way to work on those areas, explaining thoroughly as she did each part of the process. She was wonderful to work with! Thank you.

What I like most is that it is easy to schedule an appointment to fit my calendar and time lines. In addition to easy scheduling the staff is always nice to work with. Jake arrived on time and answered all of my questions before starting the job. He did a fantastic job of making my tired carpets look alive again. I have pets and he was able to lift the stains that I was not able to get up off of the carpets. I was very happy with the carpets when Jake had completed his work. I will definitely use Zerorez again when I need my carpets cleaned.

Very friendly on phone when setting up appointment and my technician was great.

The men were very professional, answered my question well, explained what they were going to do, and cleaned a couple spots that the previous Zerorez cleaner could not. We are very happy and will certainly called Zerorez again when needed. This was the fourth time we've used zero razz.

The product has a pleasant smell. The delivery system is contained and doesn't require the use of my water system.
Service tech Joe was extremely professional. He was attentive to my concerns regarding specific
soiled spots. When finished he proudly showed me the amazing transformation from dirty carpet to super clean!! I was delighted with the job and feel Joe is a good representative for Zero Rez.
I will definitely use this company again as will my neighbor. We are going to request Joe of course😀

The gentleman who helped me set up my appt by phone was very accommodating. It was less than a week to schedule my appt. The estimate was spot on. The young man who did my carpets (Joe) was fabulous. You are accessible and prompt. Zero Rez workers are always nice. But most importantly you do a good job. Particularly this last time, Max did a thorough job. I live on the third floor of a condo and the process of bringing up the system isn't easy, but it works so well. Portable wasn't quite as good last time.
