My technicians did a PHENomenal job! They worked fast but did not cut corners. I had many questions about the work they performed. They answered them all with patience. The explained each step as it was performed and showed me the results with photos from their cell phones and also the inside of the vacuum.

The communication was great! I liked the follow-up calls regarding the appointment date and to inform us of which 3 hour window to expect the cleaning to happen. I also liked the phone call indicating they were on their way and would be there in x minutes. This was very helpful so that I could plan the rest of my day around the appointment.
The gentlemen that showed up was very professional and courteous. He explained what the basic cost covers and reviewed the additional items we may be interested in based on the condition of our carpet.
He did excellent work - the carpet looked great when he left.

I think you did a very good job cleaning our carpet. I have one problem which I will call on Monday to let you know. When he moved a chair he forgot to put something under the legs. Well now i have two brown spots on the carpet. Otherwise all is well.

The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He made a couple suggestions which included getting an area rug cleaned. I decided to do that and it will be delivered next week. Everything looks beautiful.
