After having a very bad experience with Zerorez the last time that I had them clean my carpet, I decided to give them another chance. I'm very glad that I did as this time things went very well. They actually made good for the bad experience. It's very refreshing to know that there are still companies who really care about their customers. I love your service but I still have an issue with the chair that they tried to fix once. Can someone call me to set up an appointment with someone who is an expert at getting something that looks like mold out of my chair? It came up after our last cleaning.
