Juan was excellent. He called before he arrived, walked through my home to look at the carpeted areas, explained the need to add an additional treatment, added corner guards to not disturb my new wall paint and thoroughly cleaned the carpet. In addition, he cleaned two stairways and a hallway. The stairways look like new carpet as well as the hallway. The larger area had more issues and Juan went over the soiled areas numerous times. It looks much better! I also appreciated the three-day in advance call to give me a time frame and reminders (vacuum carpet, etc.)

Juan showed me his completed work, shared what he had done, asked several times if there was anything he could do, suggested I turn the air up to help the carpet dry, etc. Juan did a fine job; he was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable about carpet cleaning, timely, paid attention to details (draped the front entry while the hose was being used), wore protective foot ware on his own shoes, and expressed he thoroughly enjoys what he does. He is proud of his work and certainly an excellent example for Zerorez. I would definitely use Zerorez again and would request Juan! Thank you.
