Everyone is wonderful at Zerorez. Michael made sure Dennis took great care of us. Dennis went above and beyond to help. He really wanted to make sure things went smoothly between getting rid of old furniture, cleaning new furniture being delivered, and carpet cleaning. He sent Nick and Nate to my home and my families and they were AMAZING. They were friendly, respectful, explained everything, and made sure we were happy. They even answered questions from one of my kids no matter how late in the evening it was. I did not even have to check everything as I completely trusted them. My whole home smelled fresh and clean from their outstanding job. I would not have anyone else come clean my carpets or furniture! Zerorez is the BEST!!!

Regarding our duct cleaning, I am happy with the service. However, our AC doesn't cool the house as it did before the service, and the upstairs hardly gets a breeze. Any thoughts?
