My living room carpets weren't as clean as I thought they'd be
I was very satisfied with the service.
As a survey, this is far too limited. I don't believe it is helpful to you or to your customers to limit the actual questions in this manner. I liked Sal and would use him again.
I will probably use Zerorez again but may do some research to make sure that I would want your company to do my Persian rugs. I am an old H&C customer and would want to know that your company had his level of expertise and customer service.
Second time I have used zerorez; the first time, although more expensive, carpets were cleaner and lasted longer. Have subsequently tried two other companies, not as good.
Everything was easy I appreciated the quick appointment, the email prior, the tech calling before arrival and the finished product. I'll be a return customer for sure!
It gets everything very clean....LOVE U GUYS!!!
The carpets look like new and stay clean for a long time because there is not residue to attract dirt. The dry time is very short. And most importantly, your service is outstanding. You call to confirm your appointment, the service technician calls to let me know he is on his way, and your service technician, Sal, was extremely kind and professional. He did a wonderful job and was a joy to meet.

Perhaps Zerorez could give better deals to families. Your service is excellent and I totally love your company however your prices are very high so I am only able to use your company every couple of years.

Technician was not prepared with functioning equipment and took two days to do job, then left tile floor wet with dirty water.
Very easy and reliable to work with but most importantly, our carpets are thoroughly clean now. The service person was very efficient and willing to work with our needs.
Clean the edges of the tile. I was told it was still wet but 24 hours later it still looks dirty/dark compared to the rest

Overall the carpet looks better. But, the spots came back the same night we got it cleaned. The spots in the high traffic area had not changed much. Also a residue was left in the carpet. The carpet is stiff instead of soft.
I scheduled my carpet cleaning on a Friday morning. I told the scheduler that I had a big party on Sunday afternoon and she assured me the carpets would be dry. They were soaked in some areas. He cleaned the hall entry extra because I asked him to so maybe that's why it was so wet but it turned orange. I don't know why. Aside from the very wet rugs and the brown entry way the rest of the carpets look and smell very good and the technician was very thorough and very nice.

I liked the process with the ionized water. How quickly and little water was used. Very satisfied.
