Jose, the workman, was on time, knowledgeable and worked fast. He treated the spots that needed it and did a very thorough job.
Voice mail not working on phones so no message could be left. Phones rang wig no answer and no ability to leave message. It was rather frustrating. Also sent email and no response. Was able to leave msg Sat after service and message said return call in two hours. No response there either. Once I spoke to First name removed directly she resolved it. Also on reschedule for service no timeframe was given ahead of time. So I had to call that am to see if they were coming and when. Once that was all resolved the service call was awesome
For a start, there are no chemicals involved in cleaning the rugs and furniture.
It cleans great and dries fast.
Also the cleaners are friendly and helpful.

Zerorez is affordable, effective, convenient, and the technician was very nice and gave us a lot of good tips on how to keep the carpets cleaner.

Don't add a $15.00 "Service Charge" to the bill. You came to my house to perform a service. The charge for that service was $199.00. What in the heck is the $15.00 service charge for? It is $15.00 extra profit for you. I am disappointed.

Another great experience with Zerorez services. Technician was right on time and began work quickly and efficiently right after I showed him the layout of the house. When I requested some additional services to be done (cleaning 3 pieces of furniture and applying stain guard), he immediately re-figured our total and then discounted a little more due to the scope of the job. We have used your unique method of cleaning our carpet/upholstery two times and will certainly use Zerorez again. We have already recommended Zerorez to family members and friends. Thank you for another great job.

My carpet looked brand new, all pet stains were removed and they dried quickly. No chemicals, amazing. I am a believer and have been singing your praises to friends.
Zerorez knew that the produce used would turn natural wool products yellow orange. Operations Mgr insisted on completing the job with it anyway, despite technicians concerns.
Had to redo entire carpet, then had to work on many spots again.
Ops Mgr was less than forthright, even though all other staff acknoledged that the problem had occurred before. We had a lot of stress and missed work two days to be at house dealing with this issue.
Should have been done right in the first place. We have NEVER had this happen in all the years that we have owned and had the wool carpet cleaned(including the manyh years of Hayns Cross under prior ownership.) Furthermore, the customer should NOT be told that his concern for ruin of a $20,000, carpet is unfounded. Fortunately, after 3 rounds of process, the carpet was largely restored to its former state. This was a Lose-Lose for customer and the Company. DHO
