How well the product works, and how efficient the technician is. With the drought I asked the tech if he would dump the dirty water tank in my flower bed. He had to move the truck so the hose would reach but he did the extra to help. It is the simple considerate thongs that matter. Sincerely, Name removed

Spend more time making sure all cleansers and water is not left on VCT. There were over a dozen residue spots left on floor and doors and wall moldings.

i listen to bill handle every morning, and he highly recommends zerorez. I don't like using soap on my carpet as it creates problems. I am hoping that not using soap on my desert house carpet will be looking clean, like it was new.

I shall answer in the order the question is phrased. I had an extremely soiled kitchen tile floor. I used several types of cleaners on the floor with not much luck. When the Zerorez technician, using your products, completed the job, i couldn't believe what I saw. The tile looked like it had just been installed.
The services were performed by your technician, Mr. Gil Rodgers. I found him to be very professional, both in his demeanor and work ethic. The job went exactly as he explained it would, and, his approach to, and completion, of the job were certainly to our highest expectations.
We certainly will be customers again and with no hesitation, recommend both Zerorez and Mr Gil Rodgers.

The smell of product used on carpets are clean and fresh and no bad chemical smell and really left my carpets looking amazing! Lastly, my service guy "Robert" was amazing and very knowledgable and great customer service!! :)
