Some of the dark spots came back fairly fast, not talking about the high traffic area which is understandable, but on the low traffic areas.

Your product is great. The result? A carpet that is clean, clean smelling, and soft to the touch when it dries. As equally important is the experience. Brett was a fantastic worker! We had him 3 years ago - which is why we called for repeat business. He is friendly, kind, excellent attention to detail, and does and excellent job. HE is the what makes your wonderful product and amazing product!
