Every person that comes to my house is professional and does a great job. They offer options and let me know the reasons why I may or may not want to add on to my service. They never push me, but instead are very consultative and thoughtful. I appreciate all of that. Whoever is running this company is doing a great job and really the quality of employees is what makes it special. Also, the products are clean and safe for your home environment. That means a lot to me. I will not use chemicals in my home. I’ve been using Zerorez for many years. Thank you for your quality offerings. The service person on this last appointment was especially excellent. A+ service!

Cleaning of carpet is excellent. I haven’t yet seen the change in tile & grout but I know it’s clean. I’ve always used ZeroRez because of the magic water they use and no residue left behind. I wish they could scotch guard my carpet. Grout was sealed which is great. Grout color did lighten up but it was soiled for many years and never been professionally cleaned since installation. I do wet/vac clean on a regular basis.
This is my first time also cleaning my sofa, love seat and dining chairs. Feels so fresh and clean and I’m ready for the holidays. Thank you Jorge for your excellent service and work you did for me.
