I just opened my mail from yesterday and guess what I opened. A bunch of companies offering
specials. Included was a special offer from Zerorex for three rooms cleaning for $139.00.!! I had Zerorex clean my three rooms plus stairs and I paid $255.00. Did all your employees not realise that you had a special going and was good until Feb 2nd 2025. The person I spoke to obviously
did not know that. Seems strange to me. The one good thing re getting my carpet cleaned was, that the gentleman did a very nice job but I am not sure if I would call you again. Name removed

The results achieved by the Zeorex company technician Sal exceeded our expectations! The upholstered furniture looked brand new! All of our floor looked clean and smelled new too.
Most importantly, the customer service received by the technician and the office staff was very responsive. We definitely plan to have Zerorez do our cleaning again.
Job was not completed as scheduled. Areas marked and pointed out for pretreatment were not pretreated. I have highly recommended you before but not this time
The website lists that pet stains can come out of rugs and that is your specialty. I had one pet small pet stain. The technician made it clear he could not remove it. He could not remove it but then said he think he got it out. The rug was just wet and the pet stain remained. Just don’t advertise that you can get stains out. I’m lost 150 and gave the tech another 40 in tip because he claimed he got it out.
