The limited chemicals used
First off, Zerorez refused to even try to clean my area rugs. But more egregiously, there was a giant stain on one of my carpets that I was trying to get up. I understand that some stains cannot be removed, and I'm okay with that. But the technician kept insisting that he couldn't see the stain. It was literally a giant red circle about 2' in diameter that was super clear and obvious, but he insisted that he could see it. I took a picture of it, and pointed to it on the picture, and he insisted that he couldn't see it.
The only rational explanation I can think of is that the tech was colorblind, either that or he was just being obstinate for the sake of being obstinate.
To be clear, I understand that some stains cannot be removed, but it's hard to have a rational conversation with someone when they are insisting that what is plainly visible isn't there. I still have the photos that I showed the guy (which he insists do not show a stain).
Overall it just wasn't a pleasant experience - which is unlike any of the multiple previous times I have used zerorez. I was very disappointed in the whole thing.

I was happy to get an appointment so quickly. Robert was kind, efficient and explained the process clearly. The rooms look great. Great care was given to prevent damage during the process. No chemical smells or sticky floors.
I like that it is fast and cleans without a lot of chemicals. The gentleman that clean 6 rooms and a hall and did a fantastic job.
Matt is great. But the offices communication is horrible. Calling me to remind me of an appointment I set 1 year ago 4 days before is not good customer service. It should be a call at least 2 weeks inadvance

Your employe was great. My dog ate an ink pen on my carpet. What a mess! Zerorez was able to remove the ink and the carpet is now perfect. Wow, you create miracles!
