I always use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning. Clean and eco friendly. Stains don’t reappear.
The representative called before he arrived to give me an ETA; he was on time, knowledgeable, professional and polite. He set right to work and did a beautiful job. I would have this company back in a minute.
I have used Zerorez to clean my carpets, tile, area rugs and couch/chairs, for over 20 years. They are professional and always exceed my expectations. I have recommended them to friends and family, they always thank me for the recommendation. On more than one occasion they have been able to remove that difficult stains in my carpet. They are my go to for cleaning carpets, etc.
I’ve used the service of zero Rez several times. However, the last technician was the best I’ve ever encountered with zero Rez. He was extremely good at his job, personable and efficient!
This is the second time I’ve used Zerorez. George has done the work both times and is so knowledgable and efficient. He did all my sofas and chairs 4 carpets limestone floors throughout my house after a very dusty renovation. He also cleaned my outdoor furniture. Everything was done thoroughly and in an orderly fashion. I highly recommend Zerorez

Zerorez got most of the petstains out even on light carpet. At first it seemed super clean, but after a few days i notice some stains are reappearing a little. Overall above my expectations!

The people who do the cleaning are the most important part to me. They always do a get job on my white carpet. Eduardo Valencia did recent cleaning. My carpet was in bad shape and he did a great job. I appreciate using only water and no chemicals.
Your guy was great! My only complaint is that you missed the arrival window time and I had to cancel an appointment.
