Timely and friendly service. Our carpet actually looked cleaner after the cleaning. There have been others that leave the carpet looking dingier than before they started.
Service was good, however there were wrinkles in my rugs, which Eduardo said "don't worry - they will smooth out". Well, they haven't and I am very disappointed.
