I have always had good luck with ZeroRez Cleaning, but this time was different. I did not go upstairs to check out the cleaning before the gentleman left. He was very nice and everything downstairs look beautiful but when I went upstairs, I was not happy. There was a black mark on the carpet as you entered a guest bathroom. It was there from the last time and the cleaning person said they could not get the spot out. I showed it to your Cleaning person this time and mentioned it, but I said I didn’t think it was going to come out when I went upstairs I was not happy to see that not only was the black mark not out but the area around it was now depleted of all color. It looked to be a faint orange. He said he tried hard and could not get out the spot, but I would prefer the black spot over now having a rather large area with the color missing from the carpet. When I say large to be fair, it is only about 2 inches in diameter, but it is very noticeable.
Xavier was great. On time, professional, and friendly. The carpet looks great. My only suggestion is to tell people that it could take up to 48 hours to dry, versus the 6 hours I was told. The rooms were well ventilated and the desert humidity was low, yet it took forever to dry.
Work was well done and I liked the looks of my carpet when finished>

Your technicians get my carpet back to looking great and spot free! The biggest lesson that I learned was to NOT spot treat my carpet as that usually creates a second problem. Instead, I just go online and book Zerorez and it looks fabulous! I'm almost embarrassed to admit that my carpet is 29 years old and still looks good.

The service I received from the gentleman that clean my carpet was top notch. My carpets came out very clean, the service man was very cordial, told me step-by-step what he would be doing and all the steps I should take once the carpet was clean.
I have used Zerorez for more than 10 years but this appointment did not measure up to my expectations. I might mention I am a senior with major back issues so I am limited as to what I can safely pick up and I explained that to the young man. The service person asked if I had any heavy furniture to be moved and I told him no assuming he meant couches. He apparently took my small side table as heavy furniture and did not clean underneath it as other service persons had. Further he put a rocking chair on my bed and another rocking chair on the guest room couch. I expected he would put them back with the pads underneath them but he didn't so I had to call Zerorez and have the young man come back. His response to the rocking chairs "oh I forgot". Bottom line, I will continue to use Zerorez but make sure I am clear with my expectations and will check everything before he leaves.
