I love that my carpets appear especially clean. Jeff is who arrived on time and did the work was knowledge and accommodating. Giving a 10-star rating to Matt H for the excellent work on my carpets and for his exceptional customer service. Matt has been cleaning my carpets for 4 years, he has always been on-time to the appointments, goes over the cleaning process, is very thorough and makes recommendations on how to spot clean high traffic areas in between yearly cleanings. The most recent cleaning, I had some questions concerning the warranty on my carpet, and although Matt didn't have an answer, he immediately called his office, got an answer and even took the time to go over my carpet warranty with me before he stated the job. That is the true definition of exceptional customer service. Thank you so much Matt, you are the BEST! Teri Gee
Technician was very polite and did a thorough job.
Prior to learning about Zerorez, I had made use of every other method (doing it myself, renting a machine, other carpet cleaning companies). The results from Zerorez and like night and day. Visible travel paths are erased. "Accidents" disappear. Plus there is no cleaning agent residue that causes the carpet to get dirty again quicker. The carpet just looks fluffy and new. To be clear, I don't give out praise for products or services very often, but I do regularly for Zerorez because it's that good. A first-class process that I am happy to be able to share with friends, family and business associates.
