When doing the dryer, they poked straight thru into the closet on the other side, breaking the foil vent and shot the vent dust all inside our closet. They did not blow the dryer out as expected and we explained to them that our vent has 2 bends and then straight up to the roof, so they should have known that it would be a long probe to go thru and they did not make us aware of the break into the closet on the other side. We now have to find the issue or clog because now our dryer is showing a clog in the vent and will not fully heat. And no, we had no dryer issues prior to this event.
Tape was left over 1 vent on the ceiling in the laundry room.
We also were told when booked, that the removed vents would all be cleaned before reinstalling and they were not. They were taken down and put back up in the same condition.
My husband was there the entire time if they had any questions or needed assistance for anything. I was in and out dealing with our dogs and vet/grooming appts.
I would not recommend this service to anyone and am beyond disappointed.
