He was good, on time, clean listened to our special needs to eradicate our bed bugs and left us some extra pad so we could move some of our furniture back early.
My carpet was very dirty from a visiting dog over the holidays. After Zerorez's cleaning, the carpets look beautiful, and the carpets are 15 years old. I am very satisfied with the service and the man who cleaned the carpets. He was a wealth of information.
