Cleaned well!
1) Your tech arrived on time and completed the job within the predicted time frame.
2) To my utter surprise, he was able to remove most of the stains. We have a couple of pet stains that persist.
3) He was very professional in his activity.
4) I think that we'll probably do it again in six months.

Carla, Sal and Jeff were terrific! The worn carpets, with lots of black spots, had not been cleaned for a very long time, and Jeff did a wonderfully professional job in bringing them back to life! Special thanks go to Sal and Carla, too, who were able to fit me into their busy schedule, even though I misunderstood the scheduling process. I will gladly refer this well-run, professional company to all who ask!
Fair price, good cleaning job
I found Xavier's performance to be lacking. Typically, we rely on Jorge for our cleaning needs, but he was not available this time. The closet area appeared to be uncleaned, and we had to remove what seemed to be extraction residue from the corners ourselves. Although we requested a special for three rooms and a hallway, the technician only managed to clean one bedroom, a small closet, and the hallway. At the conclusion of the service, we were informed that cleaning the stairs would incur an additional charge of $75, bringing the total bill to $275, which also included a $36 service fee. While I have had positive experiences with Zerorez in the past, this situation has prompted me to consider other options for our next carpet cleaning.

I just had my carpet cleaned yesterday and I was so impressed by how nice my carpet looks. I’ve already recommended Zerorez to two of my friends. I can’t say enough about the attention to detail he showed. An example of this is the use of plastic barriers used to cover the edges of the door frames so they don’t get damaged. I am even going to choose Zerorez to clean my hardwood floors as my next spring cleaning project.

Get carpet near the walls cleaner, ours did not get cleaned and we see a difference in color. We do not want the cleaner - Matt to come back and clean it. This is survey feedback.
Do away with the bait and switch “deals that don’t advertise the surcharge for gas and water and then the recommendation to add on the miraculous protective spray to keep stains away- my $159 special deal ended up close to $300.
On time friendly and courteous
The carpet cleaners are always prompt and very courteous. The person that services us is Rudy Rios and he is very fast and efficient. He does an excellent job and always makes sure that we are thoroughly satisfied with the job he has done. He is very friendly and represents your company very well.

The tech that came to do the work was great. My job wasn't stained or horrible. a couch and ottoman was left behind by the previous resident and I decided to keep it but wanted it cleaned. It was in good condition so I don't know how your services are with tough jobs, but I loved that there was no chemical smell, but that it did smell clean and I knew something had been used to clean it which was super important. There were no fragrances or other harmful things. My cats didn't have any reaction. While he cleaned it the power of the equipment was such that it was only damp to the touch which was also super important. Before finding zero res some other company came out in a small car with a portable unit they pulled out of the trunk of the car, did a "test" and the result was that it was WET. They doubled the phone quoted price so I sent them on their way without doing the work. That is how I found zero rez (I went back to looking for someone to do the work). Very happy I used zero rez.
Your tech Xavier was great! I love that there is no residue. Years ago I purchased your cleaning powder and use that for spot cleaning. I still have some left, but I hear you no longer sell it to your customers. You should bring that back, it's the best way for us to clean spots in between cleanings.
Great customer service and my area rug is now fresh and clean. Very friendly and helpful technician. I appreciated that he let me know he was running early (that never happens!) so the work was done earlier than expected. Highly recommend.

The technician was not going to clean behind our recliners (there was about 15 inches between the wall and recliner). He did clean behind them after my husband asked about it. Also the area behind the bedroom doors (about a 4inch section the width of each door) was not cleaned either. We noticed that those ares were already dry just after the technician left.
Should I recommend Zerorez in the future, I would also add to keep an eye on the technician as he works.
