Maurice was great but....the 'cleaned' areas of the rug continued to smell like mildew/dirt even after it was dry. Was forced to repeatedly use a powdered rug refresher for a week until that scent finally overpowered the residual smell.
After my Zerorez carpet cleaning there is absolutely no sticky residue unlike other cleaning methods. The Technicians are thorough and professional. I think this type of carpet solvent has kept my carpets looking new.

The technician, Eduardo, worked very hard to get the dirt out of our white carpet. He did the best job of anyone who has cleaned carpet for us. I definitely will request him again.

While I was very satisfied with the techs performance, I feel your $65 fee (for rooms over 3) is a rip off as it was only for the area around a queen size bed in a small bedroom. I questioned the tech and he indicated there was no other option.
That policy leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and I will look to other companies in the future as I view it as poor customer service and a "bait & switch" tactic

Great service from Zerorez! The guys were very neat, organized and efficient. My carpets look like new again. Of course there are some small areas that show wear but overall they look amazing. I have used Zerorez in the past and I will use them again when the need arises.

Thank you for providing your service. I have previously worked with seven different carpet cleaning companies, so please understand that the following is just my personal impression based on those experiences.
Our facility operates a home daycare, and during the winter, one of the children vomited, which led us to request a deep cleaning this time. Overall, we believe the service had a reasonable effect. I gave the score based on the idea that a “5” represents average, and in this case, I felt the result was slightly better than average.
The reasons I did not give a higher score are as follows:
1. I had hoped the stained areas could be cleaned more thoroughly.
2. When I asked the technician whether it could be cleaned more effectively, I was disappointed by the response. The technician responded without stopping their work or making eye contact, and the answer came across as lacking in motivation or willingness to try.
From the technician’s point of view, it may have been obvious that the stain could not be removed, which is understandable. However, if they had brought a special spot-cleaning agent to try, or explained what kind of material caused the stain and why it might not come out, or even made an effort while kindly managing expectations, I would have given a higher rating.
I value not only the results but also the effort and attitude of the person providing the service. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively.
