You do not use harsh soaps or harsh chemicals
When I had a problem following the cleaning, the tech (Eric) came back and corrected it.
Brendan was exceptionally polite, caring and did an excellent job. You have a gym of an employee in this young man.
Came on time. Made sure floor was covered to prevent getting them wet. Cleaned up when done.
I have contacted your team requesting a refund on a love seat which still had dirt marks and stains after cleaning. I also spoke to a representative who said she would bring it to her managers attention and he would get back to me. Nothing has been done and I never heard back from anyone. It has been over a week and I have expressed my concerns and suggested it might be time to take my criticism to social media. I had to have clean surfaces because of surgery so I washed the covers on the sofa and used dove and stains and dirt came out. Shall I write this in a review on social media?
My carpets look great. He worked hard and did a good job. Wish I could have gotten the area rug too but the charge was way too much for what I was already spending to clean 4 rooms and living room. I would highly recommend them.

This was the first time trying this service. I had 300 sf (9 area rugs) to clean. It would have been nice to get a discount - not even the $50 off coupon could be applied since they were area rugs. So it was a little over $500. But they are clean now. It was a gray May day, but most dried in a few hours. The tech was hesitant to clean the braided rug, but I assured him it wasn't wool, cotton, or jute, just some synthetic and it cleaned up and dried great. Thank you.

Carpet cleaning and heating/duct cleaning were great! All three technicians were professional and did a fantastic job! I’ve used ZeroRez before when I lived in San Diego County and this experience by far has been the best. I’ve recent referred a friend for your duct cleaning.

Great cleaning
Your advertisement states the carpet will be dry in 4-6 hours. Our carpet was wool, so apparently this is not the same drying time. It took 2 days with doors open and air flowing. Just would be nice to know before so we could have planned not to be in the house for 2-days
