I trust the recommendations from the technicians whenever they say something. My carpets always look great when they leave. I always pass on to my friends what great results I get with Zerorez.
Sal is the very best. He takes the best care of me every time. There is no way I would ever use a different cleaning firm. It doesn't get any better than Zerorez!
Carpets were really clean and not wet. Plus, they dried really quickly. Very clean smell and great customer service!

I have no complaints about the way my carpets look after they were cleaned. However, when I checked my invoice, I was overcharged for an area rug that was not cleaned & also was disappointed that I had to pay a $36 service charge. Still waiting for Brian the manager to return my call after 6 days!! When I asked Jeff to move a table under an area rug to clean it, he refused to. My 80 year old husband with Parkinson’s disease did. So I will not recommend Zerorez to anyone & will not be using your service again.

Scheduling was easy and the cleaner was AWESOME. He was on-time, professional, and courteous. He provided information about additional services without being pushy. He was cognizant of animals, and clearly passionate about his job. He did excellent work and aid definitely recommended to others.
