The tech that came to do the work was great. My job wasn't stained or horrible. a couch and ottoman was left behind by the previous resident and I decided to keep it but wanted it cleaned. It was in good condition so I don't know how your services are with tough jobs, but I loved that there was no chemical smell, but that it did smell clean and I knew something had been used to clean it which was super important. There were no fragrances or other harmful things. My cats didn't have any reaction. While he cleaned it the power of the equipment was such that it was only damp to the touch which was also super important. Before finding zero res some other company came out in a small car with a portable unit they pulled out of the trunk of the car, did a "test" and the result was that it was WET. They doubled the phone quoted price so I sent them on their way without doing the work. That is how I found zero rez (I went back to looking for someone to do the work). Very happy I used zero rez.
Your tech Xavier was great! I love that there is no residue. Years ago I purchased your cleaning powder and use that for spot cleaning. I still have some left, but I hear you no longer sell it to your customers. You should bring that back, it's the best way for us to clean spots in between cleanings.
Great customer service and my area rug is now fresh and clean. Very friendly and helpful technician. I appreciated that he let me know he was running early (that never happens!) so the work was done earlier than expected. Highly recommend.

The technician was not going to clean behind our recliners (there was about 15 inches between the wall and recliner). He did clean behind them after my husband asked about it. Also the area behind the bedroom doors (about a 4inch section the width of each door) was not cleaned either. We noticed that those ares were already dry just after the technician left.
Should I recommend Zerorez in the future, I would also add to keep an eye on the technician as he works.

Jeremy came to our house on Wednesday to clean our very dirty carpets. He was wonderful - explained everything and
he is very professional and friendly. He did a fantastic job!
We have four dogs and the carpet was really dirty - when Jeremy was done, the carpets looked brand new - spotless and with a very fresh smell.

I like that it's non-toxic. The technician is friendly, qualified and timely. I do my part by having the room(s) ready when he gets here and he does his part in a very efficient manner. I have used Zerorez many times over the years and I will use them again. They are the best.

I have used Zerorez for many years and have referred them to another family member who also has used their services. I am grateful for the technicians and team members at Zerorez. When speaking with them, you know you are being heard by their questions. The technicians are very professional, making appropriate suggestions and answering questions that you may have. They are very thorough and expeditious. I appreciate that the technicians have several years of experience. For the newer technicians they are partnered with another so they may gain the valuable experience that Zerorez is known for. Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals which I appreciate. I also am thankful that they respect your property. They respect your time and they respect you as a client. It's a wonderful company to have servicing your home cleaning needs.
Our cleaner worked very hard and was friendly. But, my carpet still has stains and it took three days to dry.
your operators are friendly and let you know upfront your costs. the gentlemen that do the carpet cleaning are very good at there jobs.

Final result and timely friendly service
Good Service
The cleaning did not lift the spots we were hoping it would. This is the second time we've used Zerorez and the results were the same each time. Right after the carpet cleaning is done it looks as if the targeted spots have been erased, but once it dries the spots become obvious again.
I must say the service rep (Jorge) was excellent -- courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. However, the process or equipment used just did not do the job we were hoping for.

The carpet cleaners are always prompt and very courteous. The person that services us is Rudy Rios and he is very fast and efficient. He does an excellent job and always makes sure that we are thoroughly satisfied with the job he has done. He is very friendly and represents your company very well.
