When speaking with them, you know you are being heard by their questions. The technicians are very professional, making appropriate suggestions and answering questions that you may have. They are very thorough and expeditious. I appreciate that the technicians have several years of experience. For the newer technicians they are partnered with another so they may gain the valuable experience that Zerorez is known for. Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals which I appreciate. I also am thankful that they respect your property. They respect your time and they respect you as a client. It's a wonderful company to have servicing your home cleaning needs.

Our cleaner worked very hard and was friendly. But, my carpet still has stains and it took three days to dry.

Final result and timely friendly service

Good Service

The cleaning did not lift the spots we were hoping it would. This is the second time we've used Zerorez and the results were the same each time. Right after the carpet cleaning is done it looks as if the targeted spots have been erased, but once it dries the spots become obvious again.

I must say the service rep (Jorge) was excellent -- courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. However, the process or equipment used just did not do the job we were hoping for.

You get my carpet really clean and are usually able to remove stains, and if not, you diminish them. Your employee works hard and takes pride in his work. You are environmentally friendly.
