The person who did my service didn’t understand what I wanted. He offered the carpet protection stuff but then didn’t apply it. Also, my bedroom now smells like a wet dog. I thought it would go away after it dried but it didn’t. This smell was not there before. Just frustrating.

He did a wonderful job and was able to get alot of wear stains out. What we liked most was the absence of chemicals and smells. He was able to extract so much of the water so the carpet was barely damp when he was done.

I spoke with Carla from your Irvine office to schedule our recent carpet cleaning service. I have worked with Carla for past service appointments and have always been thoroughly pleased with her professional courtesy, consideration, empathy and assistance. For our original cleaning appointment, my wife and I were disappointed with the results in some respects. I discussed the circumstances and our feelings with Carla, and she kindly, and cheerfully, scheduled another service appointment for us to rectify the carpet areas of concern without additional charges. She assigned Matt to do the requested follow up work, and he was very cordial, pleasant and informative while doing an excellent job with the desired additional cleaning. We would like for Matt to do our carpeting cleaning work in the future.

Good Service

The techs were very polite and efficient. From the website description of results, I expected the carpet to be dry (or nearly dry) in 2 to 3 hours. It was still wet 8 hours later and some spots didn't feel dry for 24 hours. This was a small condo with an unavoidable traffic pattern. The damp carpet got matted down in some areas that we couldn't avoid.

did not move any of my furniture, even small pieces. Asked my son to move dining room small chairs, did not move one of my chairs or foot stool, small table etc. cleaned around everything.
Bedroom did not expect to move my heavy king size bed, nothing moved. my cleaning lady moves dining room table and chairs, coffee table, all living room chairs and small tables. She moves bedroom pieces as well. My daughter has carpet cleaned and told not to move furniture as they do.
They also wondered about service fee, never had this charge. The man did good job getting extra hoses to my apt. and cleaning job, however certainly should have moved my furniture to clean under.

Zerorez cleaned all of the carpeted areas in our house and 2 sofas. They also cleaned the grout on the kitchen and bathroom floors. They did a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Marcel is the best. I had some serious problems with a sick pet, two rooms that were badly stained, and he did what he had to do to take care of the situation. I couldn't possibly be happier.

I was happy Jorge came back a second time, free of charge, to work on the stains that actually worsened following the first carpet cleaning. I was surprised this happened and he did say the carpet might look worse for awhile after that first cleaning. Which it certainly did. It still is not 100% but I appreciate his efforts and would recommend your company to others.
