The employees came onsite and measured the rug at 14x12. He started cleaning the rug and we asked him if he is going to remove the furniture he said he does not move furniture. The rug at 2 sofas, 2 chairs and a large table. Why would I get charged for a large rug cleaning when only a small portion of the rug was going to be cleaned. Also one of the rugs cleaned in the bed room was only partially clean. We have used you before for red wine cleaning and had no problems. Disappointed this time around

I had blood stains on the bedroom carpet from my elbow injury. The stains were not removed after the first visit and were not removed from the second visit. The stains were not visible right after the technician finished, but showed up again after the carpet dried the next day. Looks like the technician did the best he could with two attempts. I'll look around for other methods.

The only company that really cleans the carpet. The gentleman that did the work was fantastic and very professional. (Sorry I can't remember his name at the moment). Look forward to the next time we order a carpet cleaning.
