On time and communicated beautifully. Quality service
Brandon was super! Very polite, patient and thorough. Also gave a recommendation for another area to be serviced without being pushy or coming off as a car salesman. We will most definitely be return customers the next time we need another home refresh.
2nd time using the Zerorez Team and smooth process and great end result
My shower was no cleaner than what I can do with barely any scrubbing. I don’t think he did the left side of the toilet and the corners & over an inch around the whole bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all or under the cabinet that it very easily accessible. My husband went out and got a spot cleaner because the one spot that he saw all he did was get dish soap & brush and lightly scrub came right up, plus half the carpet feels “crispy” Plus the area that I told him which is not a high traffic area and was not as bad as the high traffic area doesn’t look like he didn’t even attempted to clean it. This was the second time we have used you and we are extremely disappointed with the result especially with how expensive it was for the shower. So no would not recommend anyone to use you.

So far, my carpet looks great after having it cleaned three days ago. Time will tell, but I am hoping for a long lasting clean carpet. The technician was friendly and informative. All arround, a great experience.
My window when I signed up was 10-12, but the tech came at 12:45 because he said my window had been changed to 10-1:15. No one told me that, though.
Also, some marks on the carpet made from washable marker didn’t get cleaned.

The service representative was courteous, Professional and thorough. My only negative comment is that I was unable to move furniture back. I was told when I scheduled the appt that you were unable to provide that service.
The solution used smelled musty. I paid for 3 rooms and hall. 2 rooms and hall cleaned (my fault for not point out) master closed was not cleaned

I love that Zerorez is exactly what it says--cleans and leaves no residue from soaps or cleaners! There's no after-cleaning smell once the carpets have been cleaned. The team that came (Eduardo and Tyrone) arrived on schedule and worked hard to finish the job within the 1-1.5 hour estimated timeframe. This is my second time to have Zerorez clean my carpets, and I am a happy customer!

Convenient cleaning rugs at home
The rugs and floor remained wet for over 24 hours. So wet that I had to take the rugs outside to dry and dry the floors. We have used Zerorez for years but your approach to cleaning rugs must have changed. I will not use your company again. Your technician was polite and did good job. He was not the problem. Too much moisture and that has never happened before!

I always recommend Zero Rez to anyone needing carpet cleaning etc… services. They never disappoint! I’m always happy with the work, the technicians and the customer service. I recently moved and had the bedroom carpets cleaned. Once again, wonderful execution. Our Tech Brendon was communicative, friendly, and professional. A really nice guy. The carpets are always clean. I like the fact that Zerorez uses purified water and not water from my house. The workers always clean up and are polite. I have used Zerorez for years and have always been happy with their work.

We like the non soap idea and the carpets look really clean. The technicians are knowledgeable, easy to talk to, explained the product and process very well. They were very helpful with moving small furniture out of the way and were very efficient in the cleaning. We had most of the house carpet cleaned and 4 sofas. They took 3 area rugs to the shop to be cleaned, and will bring them back in a few weeks.

Great before and after! Results are super impressive. I also liked how Erin was patient with me while I had to secure my dogs and be out of the house with them. He worked about my families needs and still got the job done super fast!
