More clarity on pricing - a 200 sq ft room doesn't work for everyone. if your webpage had pricing based on total square footage of carpet to be cleaned it would be better. Or options such as a 100-150 sq ft room, a 150-200 sq ft room, a 200-300 sq ft room, a 300-400 sq ft room, etc. Also it would be nice to have a price/option for traffic areas only. Lots of furniture in a 400 sq ft room but only 100 sq ft of carpet to be cleaned should not be treated the same way as an empty 400 sq ft room.
This is why I don't have carpet anymore and haven't used a carpet cleaner in over five years.
On the other side, the technician was prompt (early), knowledgeable, thorough, did not try and up-sell me, and was very polite. He did a very nice job with the 30+ year old stained carpet in the house. I like the idea of no carpet cleaning residue to attract more dirt.

I like that I was able to make an appointment and get fast service and an estimate over the phone. The technician was very helpful and worked quickly while trying to get the carpets as clean as possible.

I called other companies and they were not as responsive. Even though the house was a good size the tech was not phased and made sure to lay down protective equipment so the walls were not damaged by his equipment.

Consistently deliver clean carpets, courteous workers, and really care that they get the job done to your satisfaction. If not they will come back. I have been using them for 5 years and have never had a problem. They do what they say they will do.

I received a quote when I called the person I spoke with as friendly polite, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I liked that there are no solvent or detergent used, and it is quick drying.

I believe it was Adam who came out for my cleaning. He was very polite and we reviewed what was going to be done and he did an excellent job. He was professional, polite, and I appreciated this.

The results were fabulous. Our carrier has many worn areas and stains and they were able to remove all of ten. Good clean. Friendly service. Fast. Easy to schedule.

Our appointment was scheduled between 10:00 and 12:00, but the technician didn’t arrive until 2:00 PM, which is far too late. This definitely needs to be addressed when planning future appointments. Fortunately, this happened to be one of the rare days we were home all day, so it wasn’t a major issue this time. Otherwise, we would’ve had to cancel an appointment we had booked well in advance. That said, the technician did a thorough job and cleaned everything very well.
