Great cleaning process without soap residue, easy to schedule an appointment at my convenience
When I had you come back to redo a se tip that was missed the tech either left the water on (mentioned by another tech) or didn’t vacuum up the water correctly. It left 2 big spots on the carpet. Me Martinez suggested perhaps Walmart had left it on the rug when they cleaned it. Walmart has never cleaned my carpets and ad Zerorez has been doing it for at least 5 years s if that is a previous problem Zerorez must have done it. I will never use them again and will be sure to get the word out about their customer service
East, fast, and professional. They always come on time and do a great job! So easy to schedule.
The product is fine, clean carpets very well. The gentleman that provided the service was so polite and professional. Happily would have the services again when needed.

I notice a Residential Service Fee of $36.00 on my bill. I don't recall having this before.
Sal has come for me several times before and I have always moved the extra items off the floor onto the bed or into the master bath. This time I forgot. If the Servoce Fee is because they moved some of the stuff off the floor, it's certainly not fair to me - to charge me for a service I didn't agree to! I could easily and quickly have moved the items out of the way myself if they had just mentioned it.
Other than that, I appreciate the good job they did.

Julio Castro, my technician was excellent. He worked so hard and so quickly. He was very polite and really worked hard to get my floors, sofa and bathroom tiles cleaned. His level of customer service was fantastic. I will use Zerorez for all my other projects, because Julio was so good.
Carpet cleaning went well but it did take some time to dry
2 guys who came were delightful, hardworking. I had 1:00-3:00 window and they arrived after 3 so carpet didn’t have time to dry out and we slept on family room couches. They did call me st noon to tell me they were running late and would arrive by 1:30p. They were over scheduled, not their fault. I primarily wanted the carpets cleaned and added a shower at last minute. They asked if I wanted to add shower glass and I said yes. They spent 1.5 hours in shower and not enough time on carpets. I will borrow my friend’s home cleaner and redo traffic areas myself. In traffic areas u can see where they missed using pretreatment. They put away equipment before asking me to look at carpets. If I’d seen it first I would’ve asked them to redo traffic areas again. I will never schedule to be last job of day.

Zerorez uses pure water, not water from the home. The employees must be well trained because they work efficiently, protecting the home furnishings and thoroughly clean all areas of the carpet.
