I absolutely love my technician JORGE (Martinez?). He works so hard for me, doing MULTIPLE PASSES on trouble areas. He is sweating so much after the job because he has worked so much. I also LOVE ZEROREZ WATER. I definitely believe that it cleans better than regular water.

The contacting by technician before appt. letting you know ETA with their name, on time, organized in setting up for cleaning, getting to the job and doing an excellent job. Texts with receipts right after with a survey of how job was done. Techs are polite and courteous.
Your “New rules”apparently, are disappointing- not lifting or moving items and placing foam under them like i remember the company doing the prior times i used your services.
