Your people. I go back to having Livingston service my house. Extra ordinary care around furniture and baseboards. Jared has obviously been trained on customer satisfaction and care with customers property. Kudos to Zeroz for training.

Technician was on time, professional and courteous. Carpets are cleaned well - they look great. The technician explained why he recommended that one of our area rugs be cleaned at the warehouse, using a different method. I appreciated that he was careful not to damage the rug.
