The technician was awesome
I have called Zerorez for carpet cleaning for the last few years. Their technicians are committed to doing excellent cleaning. Francisco, our technician, came Friday morning. We went through my home and I explained what I would like to be done. It was a year ago since the carpeting was cleaned. Francisco was courteous, listened to my descriptions, and followed through with cleaning that was needed. He added the protective finish, which I like to help preserve the life of the carpeting. He did an excellent job throughout the three rooms and hallway that he cleaned! He is detailed oriented and took care of problem areas. Our daughter came over this morning, looked around, and commented how nice the carpeting looked. She also uses Zerorez for her carpet cleaning needs. I highly recommend Zerorez, their products, and their technicians!
The worker and ease of making an appointment were fantastic. Our cleaner was on time and very professional and the work was immaculate.

Eduardo called to say he was on his way and arrived to clean my carpets. He was on time he asked some questions and got right to work. He was working in tandem as I had a window cleaner scheduled for about the same time. They worked out and stayed out of each other’s way! Perfect
Eduardo did a great job making sure to put feet under some of my furniture and told me to give it 24 hours. I was careful and stayed off the carpet as best that I could, since I had the bedroom cleaned also I was so surprised how dry it felt already. My rooms look wonderful, great job as I expected! The technician arrived on time, was professional, friendly and efficient. The carpets look better now after the cleaning.

The technician did his best, but some grout remained discolored. Not sure if an additional process could have removed the remaining stains.
Omg!! My guy was amazing and very professional! I had a situation where my internet was not working and I had to get on a conference call and he was so patient and worked with me..AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!! I will refer everytime..

Great technicians - knowledgeable, professional and kind. Like that you do not use soapy cleaners - the steam cleaning dries quickly. Rudy was our tech and this was at least the third time we have had him - he is great - a most valuable employee.
I like the employees and the cleaning process is quick and thorough with no odors.

The person who did my service didn’t understand what I wanted. He offered the carpet protection stuff but then didn’t apply it. Also, my bedroom now smells like a wet dog. I thought it would go away after it dried but it didn’t. This smell was not there before. Just frustrating.
