Jeff does a great job cleaning our carpets. The guys cleaning our vents are doing it now and seem to be doing a good job.
I had blood stains on the bedroom carpet from my elbow injury. The stains were not removed after the first visit and were not removed from the second visit. The stains were not visible right after the technician finished, but showed up again after the carpet dried the next day. Looks like the technician did the best he could with two attempts. I'll look around for other methods. So, I used a small brush, water and towel on each spot. This made an improvement, and the stains are now only slightly visible.
In my living room, there is an approximately 7'x5' area rug and a heavy coffee table. In my past cleanings by Zerorez, that rug was cleaned as it is in an area of the living room that would be cleaned anyway. After the conclusion of the latest cleaning on 5/31, we asked the technician if that area had been cleaned. We were advised that according to his notes, that would be extra. We explained that in the past, the technicians had cleaned that area as part of the cleaning. Once again, we were told that it would be extra. We declined an additional charge. Also, no booties were provided.

Professional, did a great job on tile and upholstery
It is not very good clean. Not very satisfied considering my carpet wasn’t very dirty to start with.
The tech was very professional and was thorough going over everything thing more than once, but don't believe in the method. There were stains still visible after.

The employees came onsite and measured the rug at 14x12. He started cleaning the rug and we asked him if he is going to remove the furniture he said he does not move furniture. The rug at 2 sofas, 2 chairs and a large table. Why would I get charged for a large rug cleaning when only a small portion of the rug was going to be cleaned. Also one of the rugs cleaned in the bed room was only partially clean. We have used you before for red wine cleaning and had no problems. Disappointed this time around
