There are still several stains on the carpet and areas that were not cleaned properly. I'm disappointed but the tenant is moving in tomorrow. If they are not satisfied with the cleaning, I will be calling you to finish the job.

We were very pleased by our carpet cleaning service by Zerorez last Friday. Our technician, Maurice, spent time explaining the process and assured us that, unless everything was
cleaned to our satisfaction, they would come back and redo. That wasn't necessary. We
are enjoying our clean carpet. Also...as opposed to the service by one of your competitors, the drying time was quite short.

NoRez had excellent communication with me prior to the service including a phone call the night before to confirm the arrival window for me and that I would be contacted approximately 30 minutes before the arrival of the Newrez representative the next morning. Julio did call me and arrived at the time he indicated he would. He first looked the carpet for the stains I was concerned about, told me the course of action for the spot treating which included pet issues of a 17 year old dog that was having issues in the house recently and then showed me the agitator that helps to work in the treatment which was very clean and the bristles of the machine were also clean. The results are amazing. I would highly reccommend the Company as well as if you're located in Julio's area, I'd request him. He is very knowledgable about how to get the best results for the situation, professional, polite and pleasant. Thank you NoRez, we will be using you again and will definitely recommend your Company to my neighbors, friends and family.
The product cleaned pretty much the carpet . The young man who cleaned the carpet Brenden was nice and professional. Efficient and on time.

My carpets always look brand new when you leave. I've used you for 30 or more years. In the beginning of time, you used to leave a cleaning powder for spot removal and I really miss that. It worked well for times when my cat barfs...... Any chance I can get some again? You guys are the best!
