I am a Merry maids franchise owner and the carpet in my office needed to be cleaned. It had dirt and grease spots in a lot of places. Julio, the tech, came out and told me what he could do and completed in a fairly quick manner. The carpet looks so much better now. I am extremely happy with it. Thanks!

We have used Zerorez for our carpet and travertine floors for about 20 years. Our original carpet still looked good after 21 years, thanks in part to Zerorez. Our most recent technician, Jason Geraci, was very thorough and brought our carpet back to like-new condition.
My sofa was cleaned very professionally. This included all the cushions and the sides of the sofa.

Tech arrived on time yesterday and was nice. Mid-job, the equipment (motor) stopped working so there was about a 2 hr delay in getting things finished. Results were OK, though equipment didn't always seem to get to edges/corners so I am doing some follow-up detail cleaning.We vacuumed to get marks out of carpet. Only time will tell how well it holds up, so actually would be better to review in a month. So far, I don't see any advantage to Zerorez over our regular local carpet cleaner. Fine but nothing special.
Marcel is our guy. He always does a fantastic job on our carpets. Others, not so much.
No bad smells just clean smelling products. Cleaned my white sofa perfectly and it was dry in less than an hour and a half.

Excellent, Caring, knowledgeable, professional & efficient Service, especially from the Tech, Julio Castro who singlehandedly did a great job cleaning our carpet. Also it was a very good experience with the process from getting info, to booking to completion. Felt very good about the type of products used to clean our Carpet & how fresh & clean they felt afterwards. It took a very reasonable amount of time for it to dry too.
We are considering using them again for doing our tile floors, Air Vents, etc.
Rushed through missing areas and I felt like I had to micro manage the job. There were still spot areas that I had to clean myself.
I like how clean my carpet gets. There is no residue and the carpet feels so soft and clean. Also there is no scent left behind.
punctualilty. The crew arrived an hour earlier than expected. Quality. The carpet had some high traffic areas that needed special attention and the dirty carpet was cleaned to perfection withougt any odor. Satisfaction. The carpet was cleaned in less than an hour.
That my concerns with my initial service were quickly and respectfully listened to, and immediately resolved. No company can guarantee that every tech and every service will result in a client’s satisfaction. But Zerorez did not hesitate to schedule a redo and insure that I was happy with the result. Excellent customer service!
