We’ve used Zerorez for several years because we are always pleased with their honesty, quality and dependability. Brandon came yesterday and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and getting most of the moisture out allowing us to return home to a clean, dry carpet.

My tech who came to my home was very nice and did a complete and thorough job. He was careful around my furniture. Would definitely want him the next time I have my carpet done.

Tech was on time and listened to our problem from a previous cleaner.
Carpet looks and feels great, no heavy odor for days, dried within about 6 hours despite humidity.
Technicians are terrific! Loved that they put edge guards on corners of rooms/walls. Very knowledgeable and explain carpet wear, chemicals, etc. Courteous, polite, on time, professionals.

The work completed was of the highest quality even in these crazy 100 degree temperature. Our technician (Brendan? Brandon?) took enormous pride in his hard work and presented as true professional.
