We had a bad experience with our carpet cleaning and when we contacted the company by email to discuss it we received no response to our concerns. The whole experience before during and after has been a disappointment.

Scheduling was efficient, tech(?) called 30 minutes ahead, showed up on time and completed the job within the 3-hour window I had been provided (3:00-6:00; he was there before 5:00 and done by 6:00). I have off-white/eggshell-colored carpet that had pretty severe high-traffic marks through the living room, up the stairs and into my loft. I have had it cleaned previously by chem-dry services, never got rid of the traffic marks and didn't expect to this time, thought I was just buying time before replacing. The Zerorez cleaning made all look almost new(!). I will never use another service.

Your guy was on time and actually came at the beginning of my block of time. He explained what we needed to have done and my carpet looks much better. My family room carpet that was worn and matted down by my couch looks really good now. I could have never done that cleaning it myself. It was nice to know where my dog had peed (can't see on my color carpet) and to have those areas treated.

I know a lot of people use and like Zerorez, but every time we use it here at work we end up with white footprints or marks. So I always have to call them back.
