No residue after carpet cleaning
The technician did a great job cleaning our furniture. My only concern was that awhile after he was gone, I noticed a considerable about of white residue on the hardwood floors around each piece of furniture that was only removed with a wet towel. We are happy with the cleanliness of the chairs though.
It was great work, the Techician explained everything in detail I would not hesitate to use again

We have used Zerorez for many years, the technician is always professional and all the products work as advertised.
First, the tech took the time to listen to my concerns and answered every question about the expected results based on the long time stains. Second, the time he spent was well worth the money. If I had to rent a carpet machine and the cleaning solutions I would have spent at least half of the cost and still had to do all the work.
Time saver, money savings, a much better job than I could have done myself.
One regret...Not calling Zerorez sooner.

David, the technician, was very knowledgeable and didn't push our questions or concerns aside. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why certain stains would not come up. He was efficient, hard working and did a great job. We're hoping the spots do not return as they have with other cleaners, which we were told was caused by detergents. We'll see after a few weeks, but overall, we were very pleased with the technician, the customer service and overall job.
The price for stairs is high! $60 for 20 steps...
They clean very well and stay clean a lot longer than other products.
