Really easy to call and set up an appointment. Victor called when he left his last job and let me know he was on the way and how long it would be, which was great. When he got here he did a really good job at cleaning the carpets. He was very polite and informative. He even showed us a test spot on our tile floors to see if we wanted that done also. It turned out great. Made another appointment to get all the tiles done as well.
My carpets look a whole lot better than when they were cleaned by my last company.
Your tech did a great job
After the carpets were cleaned I was not satisfied but because I was not satisfied the company sent someone back at for no charge to clean the carpet again thistle time around was much cleaner looking and I'm happier with the results
Josh was fast efficient and friendly. He did a great job on my bedroom carpet and living room rug. Very satisfied with services provided. I may have Zerorez clean my Tile as well.

Service from start to finish is excellent. In home, staff were helpful moving heaviest of items and showed concern for their work and its value. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and will definitely not go anywhere else next time I need rug cleaning!

The appointment was made late in the day and only one technician arrived. Determining the size of the project, he called for backup. The original tech was at my house until about 8:45pm. He was very conscientious and hard working. The products seem to be environmentally friendly, and I like that.

Service provider (Ryan Poole) was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable about the product and; as well as, the necessities of regular maintenance and service. He greatly excited us as we began to see, before our own eyes, the immaculate change that was occurring in our home. The previous times you have come to the house, you had two people. This time, Todd, was all alone and not able to move all the furniture. He did a very good job. He has put into your system, that two people are needed. Hopefully, next year, you will have in your system, that two people are required.

He looked and said there wasn't anything he could do for the floor. Also "Miss Mary"
said on the radio that there would be a gift. Maybe my "gift" was seeing the young man
that came with the server?
