no chemical residue
We got a pet treatment, and it discolored my carpet, when before when I had done it, there was no discoloration. Rest of the carpet was great. Pretty mad about that stain.
professional- green products - great job getting tile and carpet clean
appointment was to be between 3 and 6 .pm..
I told the appointment person the 3 hour window
does not work for my business.
I was told when we set the appointment that there were
no other appointments scheduled for that Friday afternoon , so
we could expect the cleaners to be here closer to 3 than
5 or 6 p.m.
no one contacted us the day before ( as I received a
follow up e-mail after the time was "set" saying we
would get a follow up call 24 hours prior.)
we also were told someone would call 15 to 20 minutes
before the carpet cleaners would arrive. No call either.
the carpets were cleaned pretty well. a few spots probably
could use another going over. For the most part, I like the
end result and how quickly, once they cleaners arrive, they
got done. the cleaners were very personable and efficient.
Rug looks great and clean. Tile looks better than it has in years.

Went above and beyond
Victor was excellent. Our floors and carpeting were the cleanest then any other time we had our rugs and flooring done. He was polite, gave us very helpful cleaning tips.
The pet stains in my carpet were not completely removed. Also, every other time you cleaned my carpet, a nice pattern was left on the carpet by the machine, but not this time.

Overall the job was very good, however we had a closet area where the pet smell was NOT eradicated. This was the primary reason we called Zerorez.

Zak was very thorough. The tile looks like new, the grout is the original tan instead of black, the house looks bigger. The carpets also look like new — even the matted areas were raised and the texture matches the rest of the room.

My service person, Luis, was A+. He called before he arrived, came to the house within the agreed time, and did a super job. The carpet and my white sofa look great.
I like that there are not chemicals used in the cleaning.
