I had my carpet and tile cleaned . The price that I was charge was overpriced . I got quotes from other cleaners to do the whole house for $300 cheaper than what you charged . The actual work was fine . I was quoted over the phone, by zerorez, for only my carpet, but I didn't know the price of the tile until the day of cleaning . So This puts your customers in a very bad position when you really need your floors cleaned quickly.

My tile and carpet came out amazing. Before my tiles looked so bad that we thought of replacing them. The tile & grout look like new now as does the carpet The techs were the best, friendly and professional. My neighbor highly recommend Zerorez and I will also.

II felt like the price I was quoted originally kept going up in price after the tech arrived even though my rooms were average size. I realize the tech is probably supposed to sell more but I appreciate a company to be very transparent with all prices from the start.

Quick and knowledgeable
Very thorough cleaning with smart technology. Most carpet cleaners produce too much soap and don't extract it properly leaving it to take days to dry and not clean. Zerorez actually extracts the dirt and can remove resurfacing stains by incorporating a deeper level of cleaning. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I call Zerorez back every year.
All the technicians do an excellent job in cleaning the carpeting. Everything is left fresh smelling and clean.
We were referred to Zerorez for their great service and we weren't disappointed. We wanted our new home to be thoroughly cleaned before our family moved in. We ordered the works. We had the air vents and ducts cleaned along with the dryer vent. We had the carpets and tile cleaned as well. The gentleman from Zerorez worked tirelessly for six hours cleaning our home. They did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We would highly recommend Zerorez and their great technicians Juan and William!
I believe that Jonathan was the one that came out. He did an excellent job, cleaned up behind himself, very thorough. After about six weeks, carpet is still looking great! Will use ZeroRez again. Thanks for a job well done.
I like the chemical free cleaning process, even though I add the carpet protectant (which does a great job against staining!) The techs are always pleasant and courteous.
One thing I'm not crazy about, though, is the constant upselling. You get a quote and then wind up spending twice as much as expected. I guess it's not a surprise any more as it happens every time.
You do a good cleaning job that dries pretty quickly
I like the professionalism and courtesy of the carpet technicians. I've never had carpets look so good and for so long. I do not like the use of unnecessary chemicals and zerorez delivers with their chemical and soap free cleaning.
Not what I expected with the carpet but yes good job with tile cleaning.
When I answered my door I was greeted by Zerorez Technicians who were professional and courteous. I was comfortable letting them into my home. The knowledge about the products was evident in the conversation we had about pet stain removal. I felt confident the stains would be lifted and permanently removed. The carpets in my new home looked great when I got here. I had pictures from when I purchased the home that showed stains and other odd dark patches that were completely gone after your service was applied. The central air system was also cleaned and has been as clean as a whistle. Members of my household have allergies and asthma and no one has had any issues with the central air system after you have cleaned it. Overall we are very pleased with your services and professional technicians and will highly recommend your company to friends and family.
