Rugs look great!!
The service was great. Chris and Steve came to our house and were very polite and respectful. They answered all our questions and concerns. The job was done quickly and the results were great. They explained why we needed the treatment of the carpets to keep them from staining and the cost was reasonable. I will call them again in the future
We have a dog and white carpet, (what were we thinking??) but Zerorez always manages to make it look like new again!! Yay!!
Cleaned the area's very well and the reps were kind and professional.
There was no lasting chemical smells and I'm hopeful the areas remain clean longer than the last cleaning we had.
The prior cleaning was not with zerorez and the dirt seemed to be attracted to the left over residue.
My follow up service from Rodger was better then expected-carpet looks brand new! I will be requesting him going forward!

Much prefer the no detergent residue approach. Zerorez has done the most effective job of removing stains and odors that cats leave and have done so since we've been in the house.

The boys did a real nice job, but there is one thing all you carpet cleaning companies do,you send out flyers showing one price and when you get to the house it's much higher, I was quoted 239.00, we settled for 200.00 and they still did a good job, when the carpets were totally dry they looked good.
I'm in a peculiar circumstance and have not been able to see your work result in person. I hope I can provide a review once i get to Las Vegas! Especially concerned that the pet stain & odor treatment will be successful and my dog will be the ultimate tester.
