The way the carpets came out after ten years of dirt build up.

I called on Monday morning and got same day service! The technician, Rob, called ahead of time (as they said he would) to make sure I was home. He gave me an estimate for the rooms I wanted cleaned and I thought it was very reasonable. Less than $200 for 6 rooms (including large living room) and my closet! Rob got right to work and even moved some things for me to make it easier. He was efficient, thorough, and pleasant. I was extremely happy with the overall experience as well as the finished job. Highly recommend!

The service is great because it works. You need to improve on your inbound call center. Your reps need to clearly explain how you charge as the expectation of what the customer is going to pay was not achieved...Every time I have scheduled a service the quoted amount was less than what I ended up paying after the tech arrived.
Matt my service tech did adjust the price this past time and I was pleased he did.
You have a great service because it actually works as advertised..don't spoil the experience over a misquoted pricing policy.

Hi, I believe my expectations were to high for this carpet cleaning service. I still have the same stains that were prior to my service. The tech seemed very knowledgeable and I paid 250.00 for 2 rooms plus a hall for level 1 and 2 cleaning. If one is going to wear protective shoe coverings in a home, especially on wet carpeting, they should NOT wear those outside, then come back in again and continue cleaning. It's very unproductive and dirty. I had to spot clean some areas he walked on with dirty covers.
I do appreciate the fact that my house smells cleaner and the no residue factor.

The change in my carpet afterwards, as far as the cleanliness , and how soft it was. I used many other carpet cleaning companies, and you guys are the best. Also, the service was awesome, ie, the attention to detail, the timelines, as well as how friendly and courteous the techs were. I will definitely use you guys again!!
