Fast, easy and great results
They did a great job. The carpet was very dirty and now looks really good. There are some stains that couldn't be eliminated unless I could pay more money than I could afford to get them removed.

Carpets dried quickly and they were able to get a big stain out of the carpet that I never thought would come out. Still a little to pricey, but will continue to use for big issues.
I was over booked. I was told from 10 to 1pm and technician showed up at 1.30 pm. Well, he left at 3.30pm and I lost a day at work. I'm self employed so If I don't work I do not get paid.if you wanted to provide service from 1 to 4 pm I would have been ok with it. So I want you to reimburse me for service. I paid you over $200 and you are the only one that made money that day. Also, there were 2 rooms not done for lack of time.

Our carpets look brand new!! We have 4 animals and you would never know we had any. They are able to remove all the pet stains and the carpet does not smell. The best carpet cleaning service we have ever used ... hands down. The staff is amazing, super friendly, always on time and very professional. I recommend you guys to everyone!!
